Home - Covid-19 Procedures
Safety is always our absolute priority, and our operating protocols are in place to be able to safely provide orthodontic care.
Please review the following office visit procedures that we adjust as we pay attention to local guidelines!
Wearing a face mask is recommended in our building. Our team always wears a mask while working on a patient in the treatment area.
Our form is a one-time signature requirement, and you agree to notify us (prior to coming in) anytime you have had an exposure or symptoms in the last 14 days prior to your visit. We will reschedule anyone who has been possibly exposed, is awaiting test results, or displaying symptoms.
Please brush your teeth thoroughly before coming to the office, as toothbrushing sinks will not be open as of right now.
We have hand sanitizer ready to use before you use our check in computer, and we clean it frequently. There is no need to text or call before entering the building.
We welcome parents and guardians inside the building with your patient.
After each visit, a doctor or team member will be available to discuss your appointment in person, or by phone or text based on your preference.
Our front desk is open, or we can text you a next appointment option for you to approve.
We are not only complying with, but exceeding all the mandated and recommended CDC, ADA, NDA, and OSHA guidelines at all times.
We took extra steps to upgrade our building to the highest quality air filtration system using MERV-16 filters with UV air scrubbers.
