You'll get a comprehensive exam, digital iTero scans with no goop, X-rays and photos, a digital smile simulation showing your potential results, and a customized treatment plan with transparent pricing. What to bring

Bring your insurance information, a list of any medications you take, and a referral slip if your dentist provided one. This helps us get you started smoothly.

Our Kids Club

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first visit by age seven. We treat all ages, from kids to adults, and can spot early issues that are easier to address.

Patient portal access

After your first visit, you'll get 24/7 access to your account to make payments, view your balance, track progress, and update your information anytime.

Keep your smile healthy between visits

Brush daily

Brush after meals at a 45-degree angle above and below brackets for two minutes minimum.

Floss nightly

Use floss threaders to clean under the archwire. Platypus flossers work great too.

Waterpik option

Removes food and plaque more easily than traditional floss. Ask us about it at your next visit.

Smart eating

Avoid hard, sticky, and crunchy foods. Cut apples into pieces instead of biting into them.

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprises. Your treatment cost covers everything from start to finish, including retainers.

Flexible payment plans

No-interest monthly payments, family discounts, and payment-in-full savings available. Cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers are accepted.

Insurance and savings

We accept FSA and HSA funds. We're in-network with Delta Dental, BCBS, Ameritas, Principal, and UHC. We accept all insurance plans and are PPO for many of Nebraska's main orthodontic insurance providers.

One upfront price

Your treatment fee is the same whether you choose traditional metal brackets, clear brackets, or Invisalign clear aligners—unlike many offices that charge more for Invisalign. Once your plan begins, everything is included at no extra charge: every visit you need, after-hours care and questions, soft tissue laser recontouring or cosmetic tooth reshaping if necessary, one round of retainers at the end of treatment, and checkup visits for up to a year afterward.

How long does treatment take?

Treatment typically takes 18 to 24 months, though some cases finish sooner. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your free consultation based on your specific needs.

Will braces or Invisalign hurt?

You might feel mild pressure for a few days after adjustments, but it's not painful. Most patients adjust quickly and find the discomfort manageable with over-the-counter pain relief if needed.

How often do I need appointments?

With braces, we typically see you every 6 to 8 weeks for adjustments. Invisalign patients visit every 8 to 10 weeks to pick up new aligners and monitor progress.

Can I play sports with braces?

Absolutely. We recommend a mouthguard to protect your teeth and braces during contact sports. We can help you find one that fits comfortably over your brackets.

What if I lose an Invisalign aligner?

Contact us right away and we'll help you get a replacement. In the meantime, wear your previous aligner to keep your teeth from shifting. We keep backups on file for situations like this.
